With three unique coaching packages, we make it easy to choose the support that fits your lifestyle and goals.

Through the Alpha Fitness-PT app, available on iOS and Android, you get more than just a workout. It’s a complete fitness experience, with custom-built workouts, diet guidance, habit tracking, body stat monitoring, and Apple Watch integration. Our programs range from Stage 1 Basic Programming for essential workouts to Stage 2 Intermediate Programming with structured plans and diet examples, and Stage 3 Advanced Event Coaching, offering the full spectrum of support, including weekly check-ins, macro-based diet planning, and supplementation guidance.

Basic and intermediate Programming

If you prefer more independence, choose from our Stage 1 Basic or Stage 2  intermediate Programming options. Stage 1 provides structured workout plans only, perfect for those looking for straightforward guidance. Stage 2 includes workout plans along with general diet advice, examples, and macro and calorie guidance to help you understand your nutritional needs and implement them effectively into your diet. All programs are periodized, ensuring your workouts evolve every 6-8 weeks, keeping you engaged and avoiding plateaus.

Stage 3 Advanced Event Coaching

Our premium Stage 3 Advanced Event Coaching offers a fully customized experience. You’ll receive a personalized diet plan with exact macros, supplementation guidance, and detailed workout plans tailored to your goals. With weekly check-ins, real-time video calls, 24/7 support, and habit tracking, I’m with you every step of the way, ensuring your success—whether you’re preparing for a bodybuilding event, Tough Mudder, or just a personal transformation

Build Session:
In our first session, we'll discuss your goals and tailor a plan specifically for you. I’ll guide you through each exercise, check your form, and explain the RPE scale, sets, and reps so you feel confident and safe. Your finalized plan will be available within a week via our app.

24/7 Program Access:
Your personalized plan is accessible anytime through our user-friendly app. Log workouts, track progress, and upload photos to monitor your journey. I receive instant updates and can provide real-time feedback. With habit tracking, body stat updates, and how-to videos, you’ll stay motivated and on track.

Monthly Check-Ins:
Each month, we’ll have a virtual check-in to review your progress, tackle challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. This keeps you focused and ensures your program evolves with your goals​​​​​​​​​​​​

Build Session:
In our initial session, we’ll define your fitness goals and create a customized training plan. I’ll guide you through each exercise, check your form, and explain how the program will progress over time. Your final plan will be accessible via our app within a week.

24/7 Program Access:
Your plan is available anytime through our app, where you can log workouts, track progress, and upload photos. You’ll receive habit tracking, body stat updates, and video guides to support your routine. Real-time feedback from me ensures you stay on track.

Bi-Weekly Check-Ins:
Every two weeks, we’ll have virtual check-ins to review your progress, address challenges, and adjust your plan. These sessions help keep you focused and motivated.

Diet Example:
Receive a tailored diet example that includes recommended caloric intake and macro breakdown, educating you on essential food choices and helping you understand the role of nutrition in reaching your goals. This flexible approach empowers you to make informed dietary decisions independently

Consultation:
In our first session, we’ll dive into your fitness goals and event timeline, whether it's a wedding, photoshoot, or competition. Together, we’ll design a training plan fully tailored to your needs. We’ll also set clear expectations, review your diet plan, and address any preferences or concerns to ensure we’re aligned from day one.

24/7 Program Access:
Your custom plan is available around the clock via our app, where you can log workouts, track progress, and monitor habits. Each exercise includes video guides for proper form, and the app allows me to provide real-time feedback, keeping you focused and progressing.

24/7 Support:
I’m available 24/7, providing you direct access to me for support beyond just training and nutrition. My personal number ensures you can reach out whenever you need guidance, especially during mentally challenging times leading up to your event.

Diet & Macros:
Your diet will be carefully calculated to meet your goals, with macronutrients tailored to your body composition and event timeline. As we progress, I’ll make precise adjustments to ensure you’re on track, optimizing both your appearance and performance for the big day.

Weekly Check-Ins:
Every week, we’ll have virtual check-ins to review progress, tackle challenges, and fine-tune your plan. These sessions help maintain your focus, motivation, and accountability, ensuring steady progress as we approach your event.
